Afrihost POC Network - Afrigreen Feedback

There's been a steady decline in performance over the past week. When I switch to another ISP account I get normal download speed on my 4Mbps line instantly. Just done a speed test on Afrigreen. The result is a shocking 0.2 Mbps.

That seems a bit more extreme, would you be able to paste up a few tests here that we can analyse?

Would you be able to test TeamViewer over on the regular network to see if there's any improvement?

Just got back from a site visit.
I changed the login details. Will know in about 5 minutes if it is working.
Took about 5 minutes over TV to change the settings BTW. Network is so slow! and P2P still varked.

Keep me posted.
As mentioned above though, we're aware and working on bringing P2P services back up to normal.

Our team is looking at torrents and general P2P throughput at the moment :)

Nothing out of the ordinary there.
Could you PM me your DSL username so I can check things out from my end?

Definitely something going wrong here. Can you PM me your info please? Would like to run a few tests from my side.

Looks like the social network sites slow browsing has started. Same like yesterday and before, starts off a bit slow then gets progressively worse through the rest of the day/night. Not that bad right now but can notice it getting slow.

Torrents also still pointless too.

Can't seem to get this replicated, could you paste up some diagnostics here so we can try and get this replicated?

It's not 'that' bad right now. Just slightly slow. But as it has been over the past few nights, this is how it starts and gets worse through the night.

Torrents have been bad all day. Guessing you'll still working on that though.

So strange that these different sites are affected. How's the performance on Instagram?
Also, are these performance drops across multiple devices? What DNS servers are you using?

Still working on P2P :)

I had this issue yesterday as well, test show no issues, and I am not too sure if sending any tests helps anyway, as the issues just seem to get worse, or no one at Afrihost can replicate it, so the network has to be 100%

I have been having issues with Windows 10 and Windows update, still not fixed, and I reported this during the beta testing of Windows 10.
