I think we are all being migrated to the production network, which I am guessing would entail separating AfriGreen across three IPC POP's now instead of one. A migration test run before bring the MTN users over? Hopefully it's back up soon.
 
I forgot how absolutely appalling the Afrihost network is... Afrigreen truly is an impressive feat -- getting the network to such a usable state.
 
FFS .... sometime AH can be more annoying than my mother in law ..... connection died.

Switched over to MTN and back in the beeswax.
 
Just an update guys, we are working on Afrigreen at the moment, so things maybe wonky for the next few minutes or so, nothing to be concerned about. :)
 
Just to let you guys know, the Team is still at it, I'll try to let you know the moment we are done.
 
My torrents are connecting instantly and flying at line speed

Yep it is wonky indeed. Websites failing to load without a manual refresh.
Seeing odd results on my pingtrace. Hops 3 to 5 are being routed through a wormhole. ;)

The Team is still at it, migrating things over isn't that quick or easy, I'll make sure to pass on any updates.
 
Glad to witness this historic migration. MyBB speedtest just gave me 50.52Mbps on my 10Mbps line! Nearly fell off my chair. Can't replicate it though and speed back to a steady 8.73Mbps. Now if this can just be consistent.
