afrihost poor service

I have been asking afrihost to send new instructions as to how to ping test my line as the ones they sent are out of date from my mac. They keep on ignoring the request and sending the sam instructions, been happening for a week when they are able to complete the ping from their side, help afrihost - come on I am on the top level

  in the Dock, type Terminal in the search field, then click Terminal.
• PIng the IP address they advised on.
