Hi, I've been with AH for nearly 2 years now and have deciced to join Vox while you guys sort out your problems which I'm no longer prepared to be part of.
However, as I'd like to remain with AH, incase you fix things properly I'd like to switch my account to a Prepaid account.
How can I do this, as I see the option is not available in the Clientzone.
Also, how does one order the next number of gigs when we are on a debit order.
Your website makes no mention of how one pays or switches to a Prepaid account.
Any info would be appreciated, otherwise I will probably just cancel the account.

Maybe speaking out of turn, but I would say you take out a new prepaid account (which will be debited automatically) and then cancel the monthly. For top-up, switch on 'auto debit' which debits one extra gig at a time as you run out. Alternatively, you can manually buy gigs as you need them - they last into the next month after the purchase

Thanks Chris, a good idea.
Pity all ISP's don't have say, a 3 gig account for R19, so you have an account with each ISP and top up on the best one till they pee you off and so you go on.
It would do away with a lot of the moans and groans.
Hell what is R19, not even beer money these days :)

You can get Ginger Beer for less than R19
