Afrihost Pure Fibre Support - Weird connection issues persisting

Hello Everyone

I hope you're all well, for the past 2 months I've had connection issues with my fibre connection with no fix so far, I've contacted multiple WhatsApp support agents and opened multiple tickets with no fix so far, about 2 months ago our old router gave in too, so afrihost advised us to purchase one directly from them, which I did. Fast forward about a week later from that, still having connection issues, the line worked for about a week and has been having issues ever since, connection to the internet is also non existent, if any afrihost reps are able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Afrigirl, as far as I can tell just intermittent connection issues, and sometimes no fibre connection at all, the only device with a connection is our range extender, so most of our devices are connected to that, wired connection such as lan don't work either.
