Any idea on how to turn off the number showing on call receiver side or swop with my cell nr. Cannot see in the app Linphone as only use for outbound calls? Anyone everyone use the service when they travel abroad?

@Afrigirl , please can you try find out what happens if I manually add an extra R50 to our VOIP account. Would it be subject to any expiry?
Reason being - want a buffer of sorts just in case we over-use, we nearly ran out of funds a few months ago. Don't want to ever get cut off, nor have the nuisance of endless balance monitoring.

Not sure why the company seems to try keep it from public knowledge, had to pull teeth to try get this today.
Standard 5060 tends to not reset properly in some environments, for reconnect, apparently a common problem.
Best port in my experience; 5061
