Afrihost Rain data logs incorrect

Since the 14th my ClientZone seems to be reporting zero use on my Rain 220+220 package but I am definitely using it. I have opened a ticket about this with them, but it seems to have mysteriously disappeared from my client zone.

Anybody else having issues with their usage reports?
 
The B618 modem keeps track, so I know what I have used but this is a bit worrying. It's my first full month on this package so I need to know how my consumption is handling. I can only imagine that they are either having a genuine technical problem, or there is something a little odorous going on in the marketing department given the huge uptake of the double data deal.

Nothing was connected to my LTE network yesterday and Afrihost Client Zone shows I used 794 MB of data for downloads.
 
I almost made it a full month back with Afrihost due to the free router but I have cancelled and moved to Axxess.
There is always something with Afrihost
 
So what we perhaps need to do is find out if the other resellers have similar issues.

So far only the Afrihost people are complaning. I'm one of them
 
Still no joy after 2 tickets with them about it (both of which have mysteriously disappeared from Client Zone). It seems as though nobody at Afrihost has any idea either.

The router itself is my only means of knowing how much data I have used. This shouldn't be.
 
Well I am concerned about this: (I only have one PC connected to this at the moment, and haven't used it really since midnight). In only 10 hours there is already a huge difference between my stats and Afrihost's stats.

Having the same issue.
I think Afrihost took my yesterday's (November) usage and added it to this month's usage

I hope they fix it soon, it still the cheapest wireless data, but still not the cheapest data. I also feel robbed by this type of stuff.
 
This is something that needs to be fixed quick. I was capped last night when Afrihost Clientzone showed 5Gb left.
