Afrihost Rain data logs incorrect

Every time I open a ticket in AH's ClientZone for this issue it gets deleted. There's something very wrong with their systems.
 
Thursday evening, 30 November, I "used" my cap. AH portal says 11GB left. Friday morning 00:01, 10GB "used". I KNOW LTE is fast but there's no way 10GB could have been used in a minute. Log a ticket. It disappeared.
 
Happened to me the previous month.
It is as if there is a huge delay in repoting of the data. Use data on the last day of the month, and gets subtracted from the new month
 
Same issue, had +-5Gb left on 30th only to be capped, then purchased a more data, only to be capped again. Now on the 1st additional data is unused. Also left a ticket which has disappeared.
