I'm not abandoning mybroadband at all. In fact it will be a great tool for me to use in Noc to spot networking issues. The new reps will help me with the queries as they can sometimes be overwhelming in quantity.

Thankfully you are just not the type of person to abandon your passion!

Tried in vain to sign up to Afrihost for 3 weeks. The sign-up system is so convoluted and repeats past errors (telling me I am already registered when I am nor) that `I simply gave up and went elsewhere

Heard from 2 other people with similar experience.

95% is insufficient today

Like so many have said previously, you are the reason I am still with Afrihost and the reason I recommend Afrihost very easily to friends and family.

Also, like others have said, I trust the new role comes with a promotion. Not sure anyone at the ISP deserves a promotion more than you.

Do the new reps understand the size of the boots they need to fill? It is quite an intimidating and daunting task, if they do.
