I actually feel like the Move/Promotion of Afrinatic to NOC is a good thing, I feel that he will have more control over things and can potentially help even more.

I wish you all the best Afrinatic, Really happy with the service you have provided and have family members on Afrihost still happy and will continue to recommend them.

I'm not aware of any breaches.

This looks like a phishing email. We don't send an email like that for generated invoices.

Yes please. I get a lot of DM's client clients and can't attend to all of them. There will be a new rep taking over soon so it's best to include all the rep accounts in DM's to make sure queries don't go unattended.
