Afrihost Standard Vs Afrihost IS?

Hi guys.

I've been following the 4mb/s afrihost uncapped feedback thread and I have a few questions. I am on 1mb/s IS package. In other words the "is.afrihost.co.za" package. Since the drop of prices from afrihost and the altered (is this true?) acceptable use policy would it be fair to say that afrihost "manages" their standard accounts less than the IS ones?

Will I be more leniently shaped with the standard afrihost package? Should I revert?
