Afrihost Support - No queue system for online chat?

Can someone from Afrihost please explain to me why there is no queue system for your online chat support desk?

It seems rather absurd to have to get lucky to get through, only to be left with the option of sending an email because "All of our support agents are currently busy"

???

Hi techead. In order to preserve the quality of support, our Live Chat team cap the amount of chats that each consultant can have at any specific amount of time. This, coupled with a limited Live Chat team, means that new chats can sometimes not be accepted at certain times during the day.

Even though we offer the option to submit your query to our support team, you also have the option to submit your message via Live Chat and our Live Chat Team will treat it as a ticket. Alternatively, please feel free to leave the Live Chat box open on a new tab in your browser and you will hear a notification once an agent becomes available. :)
