Doesn't look like these guys does weekend support. In the week, you see them apologizing on every thread, weekends MIA.....and i do get the feeling they're getting edgy/irritated.

I am sorry that I responded to your message so late our team only works weekly Monday - Friday, this is why you did not get much assistance over the weekend when you needed us most.

This is one of the major reasons that people have problems and frustrations with Afrihost. We don't just stop using your ADSL, Fibre, cloud servers, etc. on the weekends and start again on Monday morning so why is there no support over the weekends?

If you have a product that is used 24/7 then you need support 24/7.

We actually don't, our support team will still be available. You can reach them by requesting a call back on Clientzone and email them on [email protected].
