afrihost support unreachable

Does anyone know what is going on at Afrihost? I have been unable to reach their support since the 1st. Not on Whatsapp, no response, email, no reply and phone, no answer, even after an hour of holding. I have multiple issues and cannot get hold of anyone.

We apologise, we are having an influx of support requests due to the EC and WC Frogfoot outages and some billing queries.

Is there anything I can assist with?
 
I have been struggling for 3 days to get support. Your apologies does not help. Who can I contact on what number to get help? No one is answering your phones. Whatsapp support is offline most of the day. And no response on email.

Here is the message I have been getting most of the time on whatsapp. Middle of day, multiple times during the day over the last 4 days:

I call the phone number and the call is answered. It does not matter what department i choose it stays on hold, even if I hold for an hour.
 
I reply to the tickets I logged on the portal, via email, and I receive no feedback. I check on the portal and the tickets I logged has gone missing.

Your support is terrible to say the least.

[#YQB-693-44180] = Complaint about bad service - no feedback
[#KVY-305-74489] = Charged for a product I did not order - Two months ago I logged a similar ticket. It is still not resolved.
[#RME-662-10120]: = Fibre offline - It has been offline since the 31st with me being unable to get support. Now I am being told the router you sent me is configured wrong and I need to go to site to reconfigure it. I am 2000km away. Service is still dead but I am being billed for it.

And that are just some of the tickets i have logged.

Tickets goes missing in Clientzone when it was automatically moved to the specialized support queue for your query. ie. when a fibre ticket is allocated to their fibre operations queue for attention.

Sometimes WhatsApp system closes when there is a holding time upwards of 2 hours due to queued chats.
