I messaged afrihost last Saturday Sunday because the rain LTE contract speeds are only reaching highs of 2-4 mbps. And my router has full signal! I received no reply except for my ticket, I followed up, and it’s friday I still received NO REPLY.
I also took out a mobile data package which, on the site, says my number is allowed for. 5 mins later the data has depleted by 400 mb and I don’t know why, because they haven’t replied to that second ticket I took out too, which was also on Sunday. Then client zone sends a message denying the request of data. Why would some stupid site tell me my number is ok then have the email saying it’s not. AFTER I ALREADY PAID. I requested a refund, but once again NO REPLY . This is terrible support, especially from afrihost i been backing for some time and have other services with.
