How do I find that out? See everyone is talking about it but missed where it can be seen.

Check for it under connectivity in the new Clientzone, it's the really nice blue page not the old boring plain one.

Okay cool. It says 18.8% downloaded (huh?) and 6.25% P2P. Done 45 gigs this month. And it says 100% realtime speed - is that where it would tell me if it's shaped?

You are getting 18.8% of your maximum speed for regular downloads and 6.25% of your maximum speed for P2P download. So if your max speed is 100KB/s your downloads will be 18.8KB/s and P2P will be 6.25KB/s.

That means that 18.5% of your line speed is available for HTTP downloads, and 6.25% is available for torrents etc. If you were not shaped it would be 100%HTTP and 100%P2P.

This shouldn't be like that if you are down in the cape, I'll let Afriguy help.

Hi Afriman/guy

I'm presuming my line has been upgraded from 4mb to 8mb ( I supposed i cannot sync at 10mb)
My line stats have degraded a bit but my router is stable and not dropping. Are these stats okay?

However the telkom adsl checker says my maximum exchange line speed is 4mb but i am currently syncing at 8mb.
Could you guys check on your side?
Let me know if i should pm afriman or afriguy to check.
