Was told Pe doesn't demand a lot of capacity. So I wonder why im been shaped so heavily.

Plus upgraded to business 1 meg about 2 hours ago and even though my clientzone says unshaped. Dl speeds crawling at 5kb/s

Hi Convex.

The account changes generally apply at 00:00, or during the day when someone can manually do the switch. Give it till tomorrow and check again. Sure your speeds will reflect properly :)

Depends if it's DHL or Post Office. If the postman rides a unicycle rather than a normal bicycle - would that be considered shaping or throttling? :)

I have had a test with slightly higher speed but a Ping of -1.

Quality bandwidth.

This looks to be exchange congestion, that's affecting the rest of your throughput and latency :(
