Seems like you're pretty much stuck on that poor speed. What do you see on a traceroute?

Your latency is pretty much all over the place, and this starts at your second hop to the Telkom infrastructure. Do you get this on any ISP account you test with?

well i am running an openweb account to and i get full line speed with that i can also pay LOL with no hassel but not an AH account.

latency still seems all over the place, so it may not be a latency issue, unless it's intermittent. We'll need to run more tests to try to replicate what you are experiencing

Not so sure to be honest... You should definitely not be seeing 67ms and 78ms latencies on the second hop.

Are you able to keep the OpenWeb account connected for 20 to 30 minutes before running the traceroutes?

i have done speedtest on 6 accounts and the speeds clock over 3mb will test gaming later and check speeds again

Very weird. Latency spikes seem to be on all accounts, but others seem to perform slightly better despite this. Definitely strange in my experience. Have you PM'd AfriGenie already?

Streaming for me has been perfect but there seem to be a few posts about poor YouTube. I'll test this out later, but testing so far and client feedback is that all is working fine this morning.
