I gave them my traces, I gave them the posts to this forum where the reps said there was an issue, you and other Afri people have said that you'll get back to me and this is what I get? You need more traces? When I already provided everything, and cannot give you any more traces since I'm no longer an Afrihost customer? And how are traces a month down the line relevant in anycase?

So what now?

I just created a new one, KAM-990-91789, with the same few lines I put above. There isn't the option to add extra comments to that call, at least not in Chrome.

Adding multiple tickets is causing confusion, and aren't being linked in correctly. Our Accounts team need info on your initial request to go ahead with a refund. Please add that to the ticket you first quoted here.

If I could, I would. There are just 2 grey bars under the text where the "respond to thread" and "mark as resolved" should be.
 
Have you tried replying via mail?

No, because the ClientZone is my interaction point. Email turns into a "he said she said" thing where any side can just pretend they sent or received something that never happened. In the ClientZone, items are logged in one central place.

It routes to the same system though - run through your mail to find the ref# and you can add your reply there.

What info must I add then?

The initial call contains the link to my speedtest along with a link to posts where issues are described. I can't give you any new traces since I'm no longer on AH.

They need to see info - as I said, there was none in the ticket you quoted.
The only way our Accounts team can go ahead with the refund is if you add the following to the ticket:

Traceroutes
Speedtests
Any other info that was previously discussed with Support

These don't have to be new, you can link from old tickets or comms from our team.
They can make the call from there. Without it, nothing can be done unfortunately.

If the latency was OK during turbocharge it should have been good without it too - especially if you're gaming. Are you just seeing this with Fifa or other games on PS4 too?

I only play Fifa online at the moment so I can't compare. Either way, it's not a pleasurable experience.

Very strange indeed! We've been doing a lot of testing of late, especially with the Xbox and PS. Could you send either myself or AfriGuy a PM with your details please, we definitely need to look into this!

I've found old trace and post and sent it through again.
 
Does steam also get shaped during office hours?

Flat lining at 1.2MBit/s :( :( 10MBit line..

As a non-realtime download, Steam should be shaped when shaping is applied due to demand. We sometimes see Steam downloads get around shaping because the traffic signature is similar to game traffic, but we've gotten a lot better at catching more non-realtime traffic to improve overall network performance.
 
Afrihost, where even at 1am on a Saturday night, shaping at 18.8% Download/ 6.25% P2P is needed :(

That's horrible. As far as I know we usually don't shape till that late except for the heaviest users at times when there is still demand. Did you confirm in ClientZone that you being shaped.
