I don't want double my money back, I just want the pro rata portion from month start to date so that I can get an account elsewhere to see me through the month. I'll likely be back when this issue is resolved. Does anyone know how long it takes to process this kind of request?

Yeah, I had the same thing - see two pages back. Uncapped terrible, capped OK.

Why are you guys from joeys posting speedtests? AFAIK it's the Cape Town IPC with an issue, or am I missing something?
Or are you perhaps just pointing out that your lines are fine, and the rest of us are just dealing with the CT issue?

Just showing all the peeps that say their uncapped is crap, that it isn't an issue with there uncapped.. just the CT issue. If we where all getting kak speeds then we would know it was Afrihost telling stories
