Ok, not funny, I cannot event watch this YouTube video in 240p. I am trying to find a reason a stay but can't justify it any other way than 'Damn, I already paid for this, must I now pay another ISP too'. Aaaaarrgggh. I hate it when it feels like they have you by the nuts. Too late to cancel for next month, so it will have to be a double ISP bill :-( Who will I go to? OW? Sorry AfriMan, I hate to do this, but I am paying R1200 for nothing. Without a decent data connection the line is useless, thus a complete waste of money. Aaaarrrgggh.

Been watching hulu all evening on my 2mb without a problem, but apart from hulu speeds are terrible

And the magical date by which the new IPC will be fine tuned will be... betcha anything March's billing date. SUCKERS.
 
Hmm.

D3 latencies on Europe servers are leggy, 230ms that occasionally skyrocket to 1300ms or more

Logged on just to check latencies.

Tera plays fine though and those servers are in Frankfort somewhere according to Tracert. Odd.

Team Fortress also fine with very occasional lag on us servers or wherever random match places me.

Will be testing out Forge tomorrow, hopefully live matches are as smooth as bot training..

Direct downloads running at line capacity and random torrent tests have all been showing anything from 100Kb/s to line speeds at rare occasions
 
You lucky, i'm getting 30kB/s from microsoft site, and http is like this ALL the time. The only thing i get full line speed with is streaming.
 
This better get sorted out soon, getting ridiculous! A 12% 'Mystery discount' for the last big screwup is just a slap in the face when my speed is down to less than 50% of what I'm paying for.

The uncapped a/c at home last night was horrendous - max 30kbps. Hopefully, that is also better.
 
Well, now suddenly my connection died out, had to try resetting it 5 times via the app before i got success, and speedtest now gives me:

What went wrong?
 nothing mentioned on the status page except CT problems

EDIT
Everything is back to normal after yet another "Fix My Line", weird but happy its sorted.
