I don't have the luxury of running the 80% discount, and unfortunately cancelled my account this morning. I need working internet for my business.

Good news is that I am told that the IPC upgrade is currently underway and should be completed today. We're hoping to see massive improvement by tomorrow, if the upgrade is completed by then.

Will keep everyone informed as I get more info on this.

Great stuff!!!

Thanks for the update AfriMan;)

Dear AfriMan

Im with ####(4mb Uncapped) and I happy with them but the prices are high, so im thinking of coming to you but, wanna know if you have a trial account so I can test you and if im happy with it, I will join.

What the hell is going on? Its been over a week of these bullsh*t speeds. Local pings have now skyrocketed to 350ms??? I pay R900 a month for this. Come on, saying sorry is no longer good enough. Sort it out

Would be interesting to know why some are ok.

Just been doing some tests and it is looking good again, normally at this time local latency would be around 200+ms, now down to 20's

I notice a difference international routing, and this strange dial-up entry, could that be causing the higher latency?

3 7 ms 7 ms 7 ms cdsl1-ctn-vl2173.ip.isnet.net [196.38.72.113]

and local routing----
