How do your speedtests look at the moment?

Are you seeing that happen on a daily basis?

Yes, streaming is pathetic, constant buffering if more than one person is online on YouTube, Showmax, Netflix, etc., and downloads non-existent after 19:30 until about 22:00.

Thank goodness I moonlight as a buccaneer or we wouldn't have anything to watch in the evenings.

Streaming shouldn't be a problem at any time of the day or night. Which DNS servers are you using? Do you see a drop in the speedtests?

Your refund will be processed. :)

That was 60 days ago. There's no refund in sight and my emails are ignored by the accounts guy who is supposedly all over this.

That's about as close to perfect as you can get! Thanks for the test results.

How was the connection over the weekend? Did you see those latency spikes?

That's crazy! I'm following-up on this now!

Good day,

Just a quick one, How long it takes for a relocation of a line process to be completed, and are there any financial implications regarding this process to be expected, How much can I expect to pay for this process.?

Relocations don't usually take that long, but it does depend how far the line is being moved. :)

If there are any charges needed for the relocation our Team would have notified you ahead of time.

74 days and counting. What did the follow up that you mentioned 14 days ago reveal?
