I like how the agent called me twice, First time she called was immediately after the SMS informing me that the TELKOM line is successfully in their possesion and a second time to see if i was connected after logging a call to say that i was still not connected, she even waited on the line while my pc booted up so that I could see if i can go online. Thanks Nikita!

Im not bothered anymore. Im now at a point, where im going to make contact with other ISPs incl Telkom, and whoever sorts me out 1st, gets my business.

So how is Afrihost 20mbps Home Uncapped account for say 4 people streaming? i cant afford the premium one, as i think that is just too much

Hi there! I am sorry that I am only getting back to you now. When it comes to streaming a 20 Mbps line should be find even if it is Home Uncapped.

It will also depend on what you are streaming if it is using local or international traffic. If you are simply going to stream Netflix and Youtube you won't have an issue.

And whats the FUP on a 20meg home uncapped line?

Dear Afripeeps, your verify bank account procedure is really stupid. Took me a whole week to manage to verify my bank account. Your systems magically unverified my bank account after successful verification.

That is a little odd. We don't normally see that clients banking information is suddenly unverified.

The reason why we have this system is that it prevents any fraud from happening. This to make sure that your information is safe and that the details that are entered on our side are valid.

I have this client who keeps on running out of data, not the issue, the issue is when i top up 10GB the clientzone immediately says 8GB remaining, do you know why it does this?

Might be that they have over used the first bundle and the system mistakenly deducts from the topup what was used before they got capped. I would need to investigate to be 100% sure.
