That's definitely poor. You posted this in our Capped thread as well. There are no issues with VDSL that I know of, but I'm guessing you're using a regular Capped DSL account (which is fine). We may need to do some troubleshooting to with you to figure out what could be happening, as mentioned on your previous post.
