If went down this morning, not sure of the exact time, the power was out as well. Service light is off on the ONT. Broadband light is on. Thanks

it was, from about 22h00 yesterday. back up and running now. not sure when it came back. was it part of Vuma maintanance or another issue ?

This doesnt seem relate to my issue as ive had no internet at all since friday (possibly for a few hour sat morning), however before friday things were relatively stable for the week. by relative i mean regular disconnects daily but it would come back after a few minutes.

As soon as we try to log a ticket we get a popup show that there are 2 network incidents in progress for this fsan. I have logged a ticket anyways ISP-1010804 however it will likely just get linked to these network incidents.

Broadband light has been on since yesterday afternoon. Is provisioning all that is required ? if so your tech support whatsapp team need some training as i requested it from 3 different agents yesterday....in any case ive send you a PM with email details
