Hi

I've haven't had internet access since December.

I was on the 40mbps line for longest. Around October last year i opted for the 100mbps line.

They couldn't switch to it as I had overpaid the account.

Fine, I opted for cancellation in December 2024.

When the cancellation was about to be processed, they then upgraded the line to 100mbps.

It was then I told them they can opt-out the cancellation.

I later attempted to make payment with the PayFast system, I encountered an error.

I contacted Payfast, they weren't replying to my mails.

I proceeded with cancellation of which Afrihost stated that I wait for a month or two. The cancellation was set for 2025-02-28.

I contacted the support, they told me they encountered an error on their side.

I wish someone can assist me with cancellation so I can try a different service provider with a different pay system aside from Payfast.

Thanks

Unfortunately with Vuma Reach you are stuck with PayFast, regardless of who the ISP is. You can opt for the prepaid route and you have to use EasyPay to top up every month manually.

With Vuma Reach ISP's are there to deal with the clients issues. Payment is by arrangement between Vumatel and PayFast/EasyPay.
