Afrihost / Vumatel Hell

Yeah Good luck Dude ,
Ive had issues for weeks now and Afrihost just sends you around chasing your own tail ..
I had to go buy Specific 24awg CAT6 Cables . run daily speed tests , Send photos of all my stuff . had a Engineer Remote assist to my machine. Replaced my router . had to borrow a laptop from someone else to run additional tests .. It's a F%#king joke .

Ive added some of the responses i got from them in post .

Get ready to walk through hell with these guy's .

Honestly . I dont think they care hey.
Im not saying we are the only clients with issues. But all the hoops thats been jumped through the costs incurred and still no real help. Everytime i get in contact with afrihost i have redo all of the testing . All of the reboots all of the cable swaps .so everytime its like a step back .

The DFA backhaul from the Vall Triangle is very unreliable. There are 2 main backhauls from this region and Mayerton is affected by these backhaul issues regularly. We need to ask Vuma for detailed feedback as there are no NWI's logged for these issues unless they go hard down.

So what can we do as Customers to get you guys to get this resolved? must say. You guys don't have any issues getting paid from my bank. Which is also a provider? If there is a problem with My bank I sort this out to pay you. So I recon you guys can sort out DFA? To provide a service to us?
