Seriously I have tried to hold myself back from posting negative feedback again, yes again, but I just can't hold my rotten vegetables back.
Long story short, I changed packages from a 200 GB capped account - R400 to their home "uncapped" package - R400, I manged to hit 112 GBs and I was then throttled, so I sent a support mail. I was told sorry for the inconvenience, we have reset your port, here is a lollipop and off you go. Nope still Throttled. Send a support mail. Nothing. Send another support mail. Nothing.
Tonight my account ran fine.....for a bit and then BANG throttled.
Proper Useless service!
Please, Oh please can someone recommend an ISP that does not suck and does not add to my already ailing health issues.
