There are ~119 uploads (supply) and ~517 downloads (demand). The average amount of downloads per afrikaans torrent is ~4.34. Not exactly an explosion.

The potential market is only about 5 or 6 million. Take off the idiots that diss their own language and those that don't download and also those that prefer not to download Afrikaans. And those that don't know and the secret nature of spreading the word and there you are...an explosion of sorts...
