AH Live support offline on a Friday?

I need to log a fault but it seems as if AH support doesnt work on Fridays, could this be a bug or are they in a team meeting?

Its always off Even when it shows the green light reps don't answer and then just times out once in a while ill get through.

Whenever shifts change - their systems are shut down so that new users can log on (if Im not mistaken), therefore the live chat is momentarily shut off.
 
I've tried this 4 times. Twice they were offline completely during the week. The 3rd time the guy was so slow answering, it was like talking to someone engaged in a 5-way discussion and his answers showed this. The 4th time was far better and much more satisfying.

Again their support is bad to erratic. Waiting time can also be very long by phone.

Well I logged a call on my 2mb business adsl uncapped account a week ago and they have not responded, it`s very disappointing...

Out of interest sake I am still experiencing very bad speeds on bf4 on ps4 all of a sudden, which was never the case, used to run fine. My friend who lives around the bend from me, has 1mb mweb standard run of the mill lame account and it runs 100%, no lag!
