There's a voice verification step... seems to want to compare voice samples to ensure it's really you. So it makes up a phrase and then you have to record that line, which it compares to your sample. So far it doesn't seem to be working. Maybe I'll just record a new sample tomorrow... tried using one I already uploaded previously and there's too much noise in the house tonight to probably get a clean comparison.

Damn that won't work then wanted to edit my voice heavily with a vocoder filter.
Did a quick test isn't needed this exactly the type voice I wanted

Honestly I am having waaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun with the model, the vocal chopping, echoing, and the addition of moving technical description is making huuuuuuge ass difference.


The hammond organ is a nice touch.

It isn't perfect, but pretty good, it missed some ques, here and there on higher and lower parts.

Nice this is the result of all my experimenting, I am experimenting with pitch modulation, and matching the vocoder pitching modulation. I really like the hammond organ always looking for strange instruments to use in songs. Hammond organ is rarely used in EDM tracks, it adds a nice retro flair to.

The pitching modulation really adds a really nice flair, also liked adding short mixing short and long synth stabs.

I like messing with EDM in general, this is where you can really experiment as other styles is a bit rigid, in what you can do, with regards to technical aspects

Have you made a custom model in Suno 5.5. yet? I've made one and it is absolutely incredible. I used around 25 or so rock tracks to create a new model in Suno and it works beautifully for my purposes. I'm definitely going to make other custom models for my specific genres... seems to really nail the particular style you have in mind.

I am a bit of a every genre guy, and like experimenting....So might not be ideal for me, if you constantly, switch up instruments, tempo ect, it might not be for me....Will try it out once.

It might be useful for specific genres, like deep house and ethereal which is pretty consistent style overall, it might be worth investing credits in it.

Yeah I like a wide variety too, but there's a very particular hard rock/ thrash metal sound that I want to use for a particular subset...and this is perfect for that 😎

IDK, persona's already capture voice and style a bit and it is free, don't know how much difference a custom model would make, will need to try it out once and see what is what.

Suno has moved from using "personas" to focusing solely on "voice." Now, what used to be a persona can be applied in any style, though some voices naturally fit certain genres better. Creating a custom model locks in the style (which used to be partially saved in personas) independently from the voice, allowing you to pair different voices with your model or use a specific "voice" alongside your custom model if you want a consistent artist or band sound.
 
Nepocalypse

Took 5+ tries of different tests to get the right 3 letter combo. Song entirely made out of "NEP". It is entirely original, while there are songs that uses vocal chops and such. Using NEP exclusively for the track is completely original, nothing like it exists, whether AI or otherwise. Had to pull out all the stops, with regard to flange, reverb, delaying, echo and chopping nep to create the main melody, pitching "nep" does all of the heavy lifting. I am sure someone will eventually copy the idea.

I love experiments, especially IDM allows me to do something unique no one else has done before, that I know off

 
Another two experiments, this time mixing with using NEP and the letters N e and P, to build the song. Pretty decent results.



Previously didn't have much success with whistling with previous versions, with version 5.5 that seems to be entirely a thing of the past.

Made an EDM song with just whistling, lots of experiments to run in this regard, and the end result will be, whistling and nep having a baby......and seeing how that ends up....should be fun....


One other NEP song I did testing out effects.
