I disagree, you can pretty much make anything you you want. There is somethings you can't, but that isn't due to the training model, more you need know the prompts and tags.
This was a test song used a 8 seond monophonic clip from the old nokia ringtone area and pushed a monophonic arrangement.

Your song has a mono quality to it, just something I threw together I left the tags, so you can see how I approach out there concepts.
Suno has a bit of an issue with mono sometimes, it didn't follow it directly and only partial. But to get that effect is just to download the stems and force whatever I need into the mono channel
5.5v mostly followed the mono

5.5v more abstract prompt
The second one introduces uneven bass

Also discovered that if you mention bass synth with uneven double bass effect it selects a generic bass synth, but if you mention a particular bass synth as well as the actual bass range you can control way much more.
If you give it a generic prompt and no lyrical tags it will always default to standard "safe" melody sounds. It isn't that you can't do less quite the opposite you can do way way more, to the point you actually need to control
I resorted to version 4.5v it entirely ignored everything here.
