I recently ported to MTN so I could use the afrihost air mobile.
I'm using an Apple iPhone 7 Plus & I've changed my APN to afrihost (all in lower case), however, when I restart the phone and access the internet, I get the error message "You are not connected to a mobile data network".
I've been in contact with afrihost almost everyday and every time the issue gets raised to their critical care team and MTN, when I do follow up, I get told that the issue is resolved, however, it's not resolved. This has been going on since 02/06/2022.
Is anyone else with an iPhone using afrihost air mobile service had the same issue? If so, how did you resolve the issue?
