AIRBNB refund?

So I am first time user and booked a place last evening, and paid in pounds. Which is fine.

Today I get email saying the place is not available and they will refund me, even know website show it was available.

Will they refund me in ZAR or Pounds? Or will they just cancel the pending transaction?

Think bit unfair if they going take the pounds and refund in pounds as the bank will take cut of the refund and I will loose money for something out of my control.

What does the terms and conditions say. Pretty sure it was there when you clicked to join the website.

yeah seems have taken the money and refunded the next day in pounds. Will just have to suck it , to make it worse the 2nd booking I made also canceled lol

The 3rd booking seems to have gone through now.
