What's the current rate for minor service and re-gas?

One company in Centurion quoted (for one 9000btu aircon): R950 call out and R750 for cleaning filters and re-gas.
 
hello all

what brackets are needed for a 24k BTU - i want to install it on my roof above my garage ...

and for those who recently bought aircons does the aircons comes with all the pipes and stuff

im asking cos i might buy it get my electrician to install ..he knows how

but i didnt ask him about brackets and all that, doing my own research before i ask him

I have not seen anything specific for a flat mounting, probably because the outside unit has feet with holes already, which is typically used to flat mount to a concrete pad for example..

Since you are roof mounting, probably want to mount to the roof beams, so probably going to need something custom like square tube long enough to straddle the roof beams and then attach outside unit to the square tube..
