Airpod 3 cleaning

I'm looking for a place that can do proper cleaning on airpods, especially the wax buildup in the screens. Cape Town Northern suburbs side

I followed the cleaning instructions on Apple' site (using the micellular water, etc) but can still see some wax in the screens.

The one airpod is much quieter that the other, which I hope can be solved by proper cleaning. At least want to try before needing to buy my daughter another pair. Just out of warrantee

Sies! Clean your ears first.

Get a pin and clear out the mesh yourself, I've never heard of any companies that can clean ear buds.
Also use some surgical spirits to clean them, just don't drown them in it.
