Alan Knott-Craig Jnr is the former CEO of MXit. Knott-Craig Jnr stepped down as CEO in October 2012.
Alan Knott-Craig Jnr is also the former Managing Director of iBurst, formerly known as WBS. Alan was appointed as MD in the beginning of 2006 when Blue Label Investment bought a share of iBurst.
Alan is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly the Managing Director of Cellfind, a Wireless Application Service Provider that was the first company in the Southern Hemisphere to launch passive location-based services on GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) cellular networks.
Alan Knott-Craig Jnr is the son of former Vodacom CEO Alan Knott-Craig.
