Alarm system comms issues after infrastructure upgrade

My line was upgraded (moved to MSAN) a week ago, and ever since then my alarm refuses to "talk" to the control center via the phoneline. Everything is working, it dials out, other side answers, but the report is not acknowledged.

So I'm curious if anyone else had issues with their alarm systems after Telkom upgraded their infrastructure?
