Is there a single app that can automatically do monthly cleanups-, defrag etc. I am lazy at this stuff

Windows defrags automatically. To help fragmentation issues, just don't fill your hard drive to capacity. Antivirus programs usually scan automatically or can be set to do so.

Yeah that's about it - just update your software and get a backup solution and your PC's sorted.
