All is not well @ TopTV

Something tells me little Mr Raheel is a little put out of place by something...
 
Well we gathered that the company had organisational problems during the launch. No surprises there.
 
In order to deal with your complaints more effectively TopTV now has a team of people dedicated to resolving your issues. For any complaints please email [email protected] and a trained consultant will respond within 12 working hours, Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 17h00
 
Please give em a break - they are still the new kid on the block against formidable odds - they are very brave and their offering is excellent for the price u pay. :)

Yawn. That article is one month old. Whatever billing issues have being raised have being fixed by now. TopTV have given me nothing but good service this month.

Their dishes are popping up all over the hoods ;)
 
they are not "new" .... they have had a lot of time to setup ... hell they took their sweet time to enter the market in the first place ... as they had the licence long before they entered ....
while there are some nice things .... there is still a lot wrong .... the repeats are just insane ..... they started SG1 again ... this has got to be the 10th time they stating from episode 1 again ... and on top of that .... repeating it during the day as well ... and that is only one show that I noticed .... can only image about the rest ... its time they get a wake up or they gonna lose lots of clients

If i watch tv at a certain time every night how is watching less tv going to help me if they repeat the same show 10 times in that specific slot? Even if I don't watch for 2 months when I come back they will still be showing the same Cr@p at the same time.

Oh and I stopped my subscription after 2 months. Happier with DSTV
 
You telling me they repeating the same stuff, on EVERY channel, every night at exactly the same time slot?

So on 50+ channels, its all exactly the same stuff?
 
Dont look at the same channel all the time, there's plenty more....Don't buy Sat TV for only one channel.

Unless you wanna pay R700 for sport....

I have my preferences in the type of shows I like, do you like all 50 channels on offer? I only watch series most of the time and TTV can't compete when it comes to Series.
 
I think TopTv needs there license revoked until they can supply content that is not repeated 5 times everyday and then start repeating everything from the start every month

I barely watch tv these days ... only keeping toptv as I like their music channels ... so will most likely downgrade soon ....
I do enjoy my series and would love to watch some new series on sat ... but toptv never has anything new .. so while I might want to
spend time watching tv ... they make it impossible because there is never anything to watch that I have not already seen (mayb on etv or sabc already :) )
