You mean a limit to load per time slot? If only Sunsynk had a github we could nominate these features for?

As per the image.
But this is after turning both battery and inverter on and off again.
The inverter is showing the graphic as if it's charging the battery. With no grid and darkness.

Jeez, now's the time to buy panels. Seems a lot of guys saw the shortage earlier in the year and jumped on the bandwagon to import. Now they are sitting with stock that they can't sell. I see guys advertising 550W Canadian panels on the Sunsynk Users & Installers Facebook page for R 2600+ Vat!
44v is the cut off for your battery and you at 44.3v.

You might need to top balance your cells which takes incredibly long. Or maybe you have a dead cell. Or you need a firmware upgrade.
Try the hubble support, they usually quite good in helping with issues

I like our Hubbles - they've been perfect up to date. The Riot is a lemon of a white elephant except for being able to update if necessary (and I did that manually so ).
Our two are set to 75% regardless of loadshedding as per Leadership's requirements.
If it was my choice I'd run them down to 25% because I believe if you buy it you use it.
Family saw their arses yesterday - ran out of juice 10 minutes before LS ended - I wasn't at home and the family went 'bos' with the oven, hairdryers, hot water, dishwasher, etc during loadshedding.
Would usually have been okay but we had unexpected cloud cover that killed the PV.
In some ways it's a pity it was only a 10 minute outage....
Edit: Your Leadership is right to control your mad scientist tendencies - mine didn't twig yesterday that I'd been mad sciencing which is actually why they ran out of juice

Clearly the battery's BMS is allowing full rate discharge, so no problem with that. Need to test it, generate a sustained 5K load and keep a watch on it.

Ah, it's a rental, so yes, best to get them around to troubleshoot and fix. I guess that the advantage is that they can provide a stand-in replacement.

Sorry to hear. Do you have a RIOT perhaps? The RS232-USB cable perhaps?
Without any of those 2 things, Hubble support are gonna tune you to bring the battery in for assessment.
Let me know, maybe I can hook you up with a cable and you can contact Hubble support, explain the situation, and then maybe they can send you the latest FW that might fix the issue. Let's try all available avenues before removing the bloody thing from the wall.

Aaah ok. In that case, tune them to come and sort out their kak. Listen to what they have to say and what their plans are. If I were them I would plug in a RIOT for Hubble support to check if they can see anything, or plug in the RS232-USB cable to do a FW update, BEFORE taking it in.
If they WANT/MUST take it in tell them you want a loan battery before they remove yours.
I just paid about R3,600 a panel, 3 weeks ago. Sigh. The difference adds up quickly. However, you will need to spend more to get your 25% rebate back as well. So not all bad I guess.

But I noticed it doesn't register any change to grid use in Solar Assistant while the geyser is using grid even though the CT coil registers the draw. The inverter screen also doesn't register any grid draw. It would be nice to see realtime non-inverted grid demand somewhere.

The above uses the battery and solar to feed non-essentials as per below.

So as @Mike Hoxbig said, this means you will not use excess solar to power non-essentials. So it is no longer looking to see if you have anything running that it can power on the non-essential side.
I've submitted a request for Sunsynk to add this functionality - being a basic IF statement:
If EXCESS SOLAR then USE EXCESS SOLAR TO POWER NON-ESSENTIALS
They could do through the timer as well, but would be a really nice option to have.
Suggest you ask Sunsnyk for this as well, as hopefully the more people request this, the higher up the priority list it goes... or so I hope!
