On a Sunsynk inverter, with Sunsynk dongle, on the Sunsynk platform/app?5 minutes in 2023 and later down to 1 minute.

Yes sir. haven't bothered to check up after yesterday's outage. I'm also on the tipping point of buying the software and dust off a Pi.On a Sunsynk inverter, with Sunsynk dongle, on the Sunsynk platform/app?
I used to be on 60 seconds (still says that in the app when checking gateway settings), but on 10 minutes refresh intervals since Dec/Jan.

Are you certain that there's not any shade landing on your panels? During the winter, my chimney throws shade on my one string. What was your SOC % at when it limited to 1800W?Has anyone seen something like this before? Production was climbing as it is a sunny day here with no haze, but production seems to have hit a ceiling at ~1800w. This is with 4.6kWp. Both strings are reporting around ~900w. Almost as if there is clipping happening. Deye 8kW Hybrid inverter, 1x 5.12kWh battery. It's not even close to the max charging amps of 50A that I have it set to so it's not like it's limited by the battery charge rate.

We have shading in the mid afternoon from around 15:30 onwards, nothing during the day.Are you certain that there's not any shade landing on your panels? During the winter, my chimney throws shade on my one string. What was your SOC % at when it limited to 1800W?

Nothing has changed in my settings, all my charging currents are set to 50A (grid, solar and generator). There are 2 screens where battery current is restricted and the current you are setting is battery voltage not grid voltage. So 50ax48v=2400W as example.

Dear Users,
We would like to inform you that essential maintenance will be taking place from 15th May 2025 at 00:00 BST as we migrate all our hosting services to a new provider.
This migration is expected to cause a temporary service interruption of approximately 1–4 hours (between 00:00 and 04:00 BST).
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our service
What to expect:
Once the migration is complete, all users will be logged out of the application. Simply log back in using your Sunsynk Connect credentials.
Upon logging in, you will initially see two days of historical data, which will be available immediately. The remainder of your historical data will be restored over the following 30 days.
We’re pleased to share that following this migration, our data refresh rate will return to 60 seconds and there will be a significant reduction in the risk of outages and downtime going forward.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Joel Egan | CIO
And I just gave up with Sunsynk and got Solar Assistant - oh Murphy....Some hopefully good news!
Also signed up to Solar Assistant last NightAnd I just gave up with Sunsynk and got Solar Assistant - oh Murphy....
Seeing is believingSome hopefully good news!
. Yeah, definitely. I see I'm at least on 5 min intervals now...will see if it goes to 1 minute intervals...Seeing is believing.
Not holding my breath.
Same here, but I do have for the 13th. They did say that it will take 30 days to restore all historic data though.
