Intelligent life elsewhere is not the slightest problem for Christians.

(a) The existence of non-material intelligent life is an article of faith. The good ones are called angels. The bad ones are called demons. Christians, Jews and Muslims believe these beings have on rare occasions interacted with humans.
(b) Intelligent beings with bodies would be called humans, no matter what they look like or how advanced/retarded they are. In the classical and historical Christian understanding, a human being is simply that type of creature that is a matter-spirit composite. For them to be intelligent they would necessarily have to have a spiritual soul, because the rational part of man (the soul) is non-material in this definintion. It matters not a jot what continent or planet these beings come from - as long as they are intelligent animals they are human.

I heard - means I read - I have read hundreds of documents related to this issue, including the UFO files released by many governments.

The issue of whether extraterrestrials exist and are here was asked to me by my children a few years ago. I laughed louder than anyone at the absurdity of all the nonsense about lizards and abductions and so on, but I have always made the effort to inform my children of the facts - so I told them I would research the issue - and then I started digging - the more I read, the deeper I dug, and eventually I came to the conclusion that yep - indeed the circumstantial evidence for the existence of extraterrestrials exists.

I don't really care about debating this issue anymore, I am satisfied with the amount of research I have done, I know they are here, I don't really care if others think otherwise. I fully understand that they want hard evidence.

The earth was not flat after all, the sun is not the center of the universe, and our knowledge about the universe and quantum entanglement at this time is probably just the tip of the iceberg.

I dont recall the links and books I have read, but do recall very similar information, Esp in regard to the embargo.

This journey of discovery is one each of us walks alone, not everything I read came from the internet either (books) - HA !

There are many topics related to the extraterrestrial issue, and many topics lead to others, my journey has not ended, I haven't finished understanding quantum mechanics.
(barely understand the basics actually)

Um, I'd like to believe in aliens. Read a few older books on the subject, of which most of the experiences came across as more of a spiritual thing then real. At least that's how I feel about what I've read. I tried reading up on stuff on the net, most of it is pure BS though. I think a few credible books might change my mind, if there is such a thing. Until I find that, claims such as the ones in your post are Star Trek episodes and nothing more. Sorry.

Yeah, it's mentioned there as having happened in '89, but from the few sites I looked at it's believed to be a hoax for the most part.

And could you imagine the embaressment if it turns out we are from the same ship? They'll be sprinkling us with pink moondust for the next 100 light years!

I will forgo on your invitation to write to Andromeda since we should arrive there in the next 2 billion years anyway give or take some, and it would be a waste of a stamp and paper!

Just did a search on this embargo and found some crazy sites. Most of the explanations remind me of that elven thing that used to post on here.

All the things I've read were actually quite funny, if it wasn't so sad that people believe the cr@p they spout.
