Almost uncapped internet

I couldn't believe my eyes ... "uncapped" ADSL on a 512kbps line with Torrents and P2P allowed ...
but the catch is they shape you after 20GB ... so how uncapped is it ... but at R999 for 20GB ... seems good enough??
