Alrode - ADSL Alternative?

I need to recommend an alternative to a business client in Alrode that is tired of the interruptions on his Telkom ADSL line (used mainly for a point to point VPN connection).

Anybody have any suggestions? What's the most reliable and cost effective internet connection available in Alrode?

Does he have to go back to Diginet for his point to point VPN??!!!

why is he getting so many interruptions on his ADSL line? Sounds like there is something wrong with it.
