Altcointrader - eth/btc not reflecting possibly delayed?

Hey guys so I sent some BTC (2 days ago almost done "confirming" on the blockchain) and ETH (an hour ago, TxReceipt Status:Success - etherscanned the address and all the eth is there)

Should these not reflect immediately on altcointrader once "confirmed" or does it still take a little while on weekends?

I understand the btc but the eth should reflect though?
 
Um...well... :P BTC just popped up so I guess eth will pop up sooon will keep you posted anyway :P
 
The delay at altcoin is insane, dont understand why they cant automate the deposit process

Totally agree my eth should have been in hours ago....

ETH now in all good :)

I sent BTC and LTC from altcointrader to 2 different exchanges on Friday and they took between 15-30 minutes to show on the new exchanges.

Once I clicked send, I got the email from altcointrader to confirm and that was all I had to do. Could it possibly have something to do with the time of day you did it? I sent the first one around 4:30am and the second time around 9am.
 
And now I must FICA again :rolleyes: even though I can't because the system won't let me because I've already done it... So another email to support while I wait some more...

Good luck. I have been waiting for a month with multiple emails sent. I though Ice3 was bad, but these guys are in a "bad service" league of their own.
