alternate e-mail server/solution

hello people.

im sick of this reseller account i have which fails to authenticate email client. is there any other solution?
even if i log in to WHM ,it says invalid login for me and all clients.

What is causing the smtp auth issues. Have you logged a call with your provider to establish where the issue lies and whether they can resolve the problems?

sometimes for about 5 mins. i just cant log in nor send an email.i figure out erros, as in wer they lie.

Check CPHULK and other firewalls.

Most people are locked out of their email with cpanel because someone cant do a username and password combo correctly. If this incorrect username and password is saved, that email client will constantly knock the cpanel server with wrong details. This gets that IP locked out. I would start there.

WHM and cPanel are pretty solid solutions if you know what you are doing. If not, you should probably consider google apps. Designed for people with low hosting experience.

+1 and if all else fails, log a call with your reseller provider and ask them to assist by digging up some logs.
