So trading by limit orders would never cause these overpriced issues.

The flip side, from my experience on ABSA, is that if you put 1000 shares up for sale at 77,80 only some of it may sell.

Somebody will buy it and it will roughly sell at the price you put up but you may only sell 600 now and 400 later.

You'll pay two transaction fees for it though.

Personally, it's not worth the hassle for me. I know I shout a lot about EE and they are genuinely capable of screwing up, but if you stick to trading ETFs between 10:00 and 15:00 you should be fine.
