Either Samsung dialer or Phone By Google, which is installed by default on most brands doing Android these days. I switched from Samsung default dialer to Google Phones. Does what I want.

If it is a registered business with them yes. TrueCaller has a flaw where when of our employees phones us it comes up as Mohammed. We have no Mohammed in our company.
